- Think twice about hunting animals for sport (there are less cruel ways to be amused).
- Support adoption of pets vs. breeding of pets.
- Buy products from cruelty-free companies (that don't do testing on animals).

- Teach HER how to dress, do HER hair, and apply HER make-up.
- Keep your Facebook/MySpace page decent and clean.
- Learn to do your own laundry (it's not that hard).

E-POST:  GENEROUS & AFFORDABLE ACTS OF CHARITY
- Send your old, gently used clothes to a women's shelter.
- Give your pennies to the local food bank (it all helps).
- Volunteer one hour per week at a daycare centre (all you need to do is read the kids a story or tell them about your day).
